Responsibilities

• Accurately document support activities

Requirements

• Fluent Portuguese (C1/C2) and good English

• Technical support or IT-related experience is preferred

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Willingness to relocate to Greece

• EU passport or valid Greek work permit
