Responsibilities

• Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, and general inquiries

• Provide information on airline policies, schedules, and services

• Handle customer communication via phone, email, and chat

• Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2+)

• Customer service experience, preferably in travel or aviation

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to relocate to Greece

• EU passport or valid Greek work permit is mandatory
