Introduction

We are seeking a Dutch Speaking B2C Customer Engagement Representative to support and engage with individual customers from our Greece-based office.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide effective support

  • Build positive customer relationships and ensure satisfaction

  • Resolve issues and follow up when needed

  • Maintain accurate customer records

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2+)

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Experience in B2C environments is an advantage

  • Willingness to relocate to Greece

  • EU passport or valid Greek work permit is mandatory
