Introduction

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused German Speaking Inbound Sales Specialist to join an international team based in Plovdiv, Ruse, or Varna, Bulgaria. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy sales-driven conversations, working with customers, and being part of a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls regarding products, services, billing, and account-related inquiries

• Identify customer needs and actively upsell and cross-sell suitable products or services

• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving individual and team sales targets

• Build professional and positive relationships with customers

• Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems

• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and compliance guidelines

• Work closely with the team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Fluent German (C1 level or higher), both spoken and written

• Good level of English (minimum communicative level required)

• Strong communication and sales skills

• Previous experience in sales or customer support is an advantage

• Customer-oriented mindset with a target-driven approach

• Ability to work on-site in Plovdiv, Ruse, or Varna

• EU passport or valid work permit for Bulgaria is mandatory (we can proceed only with candidates who meet this requirement)
