We are seeking a German-speaking Content Moderator / Customer Support Specialist for a non-voice role in Bulgaria. You will review and moderate online content while ensuring compliance with platform policies.

Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate digital content in German

  • Ensure compliance with community and policy guidelines

  • Handle written customer inquiries when required

  • Accurately document moderation decisions

Requirements

  • Native level of German

  • B2 English

  • Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is a plus

  • Awareness of cultural and political environments

  • Strong attention to detail
