Our client, a well-known international bank, is currently seeking a Dutch Speaking Banking Support Specialist to join their team in Athens.

Position Overview:

As a Dutch Speaking Banking Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients in the Netherlands. You will handle a variety of banking inquiries and transactions, including account management, online banking assistance, and general banking advice. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

- Assist clients with account management, including opening and closing accounts, updating personal information, and resolving any issues or discrepancies

- Provide guidance and advice on banking products and services, including loans, credit cards, and investments

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to online banking platforms

- Keep up-to-date with banking policies and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient service to clients

- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building strong relationships with clients

- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines to ensure the security and confidentiality of customer information

Qualifications:

- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken

- Previous experience in customer service or banking support preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

- Willingness to relocate to Greece, relocation package is provided by client

- Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus

- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays
