We are seeking a professional German-speaking Airline Support Specialist to join our dedicated team supporting one of the worlds leading global carriers. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for travelers from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, ensuring their journey is seamless from the first booking to their final destination. Based in Greece, you will trade the gray skies of the north for 300 days of sunshine, world-class Mediterranean cuisine, and a career in a high-energy, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel Coordination: Assist German-speaking passengers with flight bookings, complex re-routings, and ticket modifications via phone and digital channels.

  • Problem Resolution: Resolve inquiries regarding baggage claims, flight delays, and cancellations with professional empathy and efficiency.

  • Special Service Management: Coordinate special assistance requests, meal preferences, and loyalty program inquiries (e.g., Miles & More) for premium passengers.
  • Technical Guidance: Support users with web check-in processes, mobile travel app navigation, and digital boarding pass issues.
  • System Management: Utilize industry-leading Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to process refunds, upgrades, and reservation errors.

Requirements

  • Language: Native or C2-level German and professional proficiency in English.

  • Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU countries are not sufficient for employment in Greece).

  • Professionalism: A calm, solution-oriented communication style, especially during peak travel seasons or irregular operations.

  • Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and a willingness to learn complex aviation software.
  • Experience: Previous experience in travel, aviation, or luxury hospitality is a strong advantage.
