We are looking for a professional French-speaking Fitness App Specialist to join our dedicated support team for a leading global health and wellness platform. In this role, you will assist users in the French market as they track their health goals, manage subscriptions, and navigate digital workout programs. Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Guidance: Assist French-speaking users with app synchronization, wearable device integration (smartwatches/trackers), and troubleshooting performance issues.
  • Subscription Management: Handle inquiries regarding premium memberships, billing cycles, and promotional offers with professional precision.
  • User Success: Provide clear instructions on how to use app features such as meal planning, workout logging, and community challenges.
  • Feedback Coordination: Gather user feedback on app functionality and report technical bugs to the development team to improve the French-speaking user experience.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve account access issues and data privacy inquiries following strict security protocols.

Requirements

  • Language: Native or C2-level French and professional proficiency in English.
  • Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece).
  • Professionalism: An active interest in health, fitness technology, or digital wellness trends.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills with a patient and motivating approach to user support.
