Your Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Resolve Dutch-speaking user inquiries regarding account security, monetization tools, and platform features.
• Market Insights: Identify emerging social media trends within the Brazilian market and provide feedback to global product teams.
• Crisis Management: Handle high-priority escalations with professional judgment and a focus on user safety.

Requirements

• Native or C2-level Brazilian Portuguese and professional fluency in English.
• Mandatory: EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece.
• A professional understanding of social media dynamics and digital culture.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
