Your Role

  • Client Support: Assist SMB clients with advertising account setup, product navigation, and troubleshooting to ensure an optimal customer experience.
  • Campaign Optimization: Provide expert guidance on self-service advertising products, helping customers effectively manage and optimize their online campaigns.
  • Multichannel Communication: Deliver clear and helpful solutions to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify trends and resolve technical or account-related issues affecting multiple clients.
  • Service Improvement: Gather and share product insights and customer feedback with engineering departments to help improve platform features and service quality.

Your Qualifications

  • Languages: Native or near-native fluency in Dutch and a strong command of English (verbal and written).
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating digital platforms and a strong interest in the online advertising domain.
  • Customer Focus: High level of empathy and a "customer-first" attitude aimed at resolving issues effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze problems and resolve them independently to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service is preferred, especially within a call center or technical support environment.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work in rotational shifts, which may include weekends and evenings.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
