Responsibilities

• Manage consumer interactions via chat, email, and voice channels in Portuguese.
• Provide dynamic support for e-commerce profiles, retail purchases, billing cycles, and logistics.
• Deliver accurate solutions swiftly to keep satisfaction metrics high.

Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in Portuguese or Brazilian Portuguese and working knowledge of English.
• Great problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to service excellence.
• Must hold a valid EU Passport or a current, unrestricted work permit for Greece.

• Salary Rate: €1,000 – €1,100 Gross / Month.
