Dutch Speaking Logistics & Delivery Customer Support (Sofia Office)
Are you an organized, quick-thinking individual who speaks fluent Dutch? Do you enjoy keeping things moving and helping people track down answers? We are seeking a Dutch Speaking Logistics & Delivery Customer Support specialist to join our rapid-response operations team in Sofia. In this role, you will be the core link between our delivery network, vendors, and clients across the Benelux region, ensuring packages find their way smoothly and efficiently.
This is an on-site position located at our modern facility in Sofia, Bulgaria, where you will collaborate directly with an enthusiastic, international operations team.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency (C1/C2) in Dutch, combined with a good working knowledge of English (B2 and above) for internal coordination.
- Legal Status: Must be an EU citizen or possess a valid, unrestricted work permit for Bulgaria.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, excellent multitasking skills, and a calm, customer-focused approach under time-sensitive logistics constraints.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating digital maps, delivery databases, tracking systems, and CRM tools.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service, courier networks, supply chain, or e-commerce operations is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch assistance to Dutch-speaking consumers and commercial partners via phone, email, and live chat regarding shipments and delivery statuses.
- Proactively manage logistics exceptions: trace delayed packages, resolve address discrepancies, and coordinate with courier drivers and distribution hubs.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding shipping rates, delivery timelines, and standard customs or returns procedures.
- Process delivery updates and document account claims efficiently within our internal database.
- Collaborate closely with the global logistics team to optimize delivery routes and enhance local customer satisfaction.
