Your Responsibilities

• On-Site Inbound Support: Provide high-quality, professional assistance to German-speaking customers via live phone calls, emails, and chat systems.
• Effective Problem Solving: Listen actively to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues efficiently, and deliver first-contact resolutions.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on product features, configurations, and service updates to provide accurate information to consumers.
• CRM Logging: Utilize advanced database and CRM software to log customer interactions and track active support tickets accurately.
• Team Integration: Work side-by-side with your team members on the floor, contributing to a high-energy, supportive office culture.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Languages: Native or near-native fluency in German (C1/C2) and a good working command of English (B2).
• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Gdańsk, with a preference for working in a structured office environment.
• Legal Status: You must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Poland.
• Soft Skills: Empathetic communication, problem-solving agility, patience, and a positive team-player attitude.
• Experience: Previous background in customer service, hospitality, or a contact center environment is an asset, but not mandatory.
