Job Overview

We are seeking a strategically minded German Speaking B2B Advertising Specialist to join a global digital sales and marketing solutions provider in Bulgaria. In this high-impact commercial role, you will manage both inbound and outbound business-to-business (B2B) portfolios, connecting with key decision-makers across the German-speaking market. Your objective will be to identify growth opportunities, expand your account pipeline, and drive value within the fast-paced technology and digital advertising sector.

Location & Work Mode

  • Country: Bulgaria
  • Work Mode: Work From Home / Hybrid (Flexible remote work models are available nationwide across Bulgaria, alongside options for collaborative office days).

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of omni-channel B2B interactions across phone, email, video conferencing, and digital professional networks.
  • Connect directly with corporate stakeholders and decision-makers to analyze their business models and map out digital advertising expansion strategies.
  • Utilize advanced lead-generation databases and sales intelligence tools to prospect new corporate contacts and expand your account portfolio.
  • Maintain complete accuracy over a healthy sales pipeline, tracking deals comprehensively through every stage of the enterprise sales cycle.
  • Log all operational details, stakeholder records, and outreach activities within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) infrastructure (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Qualify enterprise accounts efficiently before seamlessly transitioning them to the specialized corporate onboarding business units.

Your Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Complete fluency in both German and English (written and verbal).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience within B2B corporate sales, inside sales development, account management, or high-volume lead generation.
  • Domain Expertise: Prior experience in the high-tech or digital advertising ecosystem is highly preferred, alongside a strong understanding of sales funnels and prospecting methodologies.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience working with Salesforce or similar advanced CRM platforms is required; a foundational understanding of digital marketing platforms is a major asset.
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional structural organization, high autonomy, and comfort handling targeted commercial quotas in an evolving environment.

Shifts & Working Hours

  • Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00. Enjoy a predictable corporate schedule with all weekends and major holidays off.

Salary, Bonuses & Benefits

  • Salary Range: €2,100 – €2,300 Gross base per month (plus target-driven quarterly performance bonuses ranging from €1,400 – €1,600).
