Job Overview
We are seeking a target-driven, commercially minded German Speaking Outbound Sales Representative to join a premier global outsourcing provider in Bulgaria. In this high-performing business-to-business (B2B) role, you will focus on contacting an existing database of small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients to upsell and activate advanced FinTech and digital checkout software extensions. This role requires a consultative, solution-selling mindset to guide corporate clients through integrating new payment options onto their digital storefronts.
Location & Work Mode
- Country: Bulgaria
- Work Mode: Work From Home (100% fully remote position available nationwide across Bulgaria).

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Outbound B2B Outreach: Conduct structured outbound phone and email cadences targeting warm, pre-existing corporate client leads (no cold sourcing required).
- FinTech Upselling: Pitch, upsell, and drive the active adoption of next-generation digital payment architectures, check-out systems, and merchant products.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and systematically advance an expansive sales pipeline containing hundreds of active account opportunities.
- Technical Onboarding Support: Assist business clients with the functional integration and verification of newly adopted payment software gateways onto their live websites.
- Forecasting & Admin: Reconcile pipeline logs, track data entries with precise accuracy, and generate weekly sales volume forecasts for the operational leadership team.
- Compliance: Strictly adhere to corporate financial compliance frameworks, security benchmarks, and quality assurance metrics during all client evaluations.
Your Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Native or equivalent fluent level in German paired with a professional working command of English (C1 level minimum) for internal operational reporting.
- Experience (Essential): Proven, successful background inside a contact center environment managing outbound sales, strategic upselling, or high-volume B2B lead conversions.
- Sales Mindset: A target-driven mindset with clear structural accountability for reaching performance KPIs and processing pipeline metrics.
- Technical Infrastructure: Deep digital literacy, standard proficiency across the MS Office Suite, and mandatory access to a quiet home office workspace equipped with a fast, secure, and stable broadband connection.
- Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding verbal and written articulation, a confident on-phone presence, and a proactive approach to continuous career growth.
Shifts & Working Hours
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 19:00. Enjoy a stable corporate schedule with your weekends completely free!
Salary, Bonuses & Benefits
- Salary Range: €1,850 – €2,050 Gross base per month.
