Responsibilities
- Account Management: Assist Italian-speaking clients with account opening, identity verification (KYC), and the management of digital assets and savings.
- Transaction Security: Monitor and resolve inquiries regarding international transfers, payment processing, and card security.
- Technical Assistance: Support users with mobile banking app navigation, two-factor authentication (2FA), and digital wallet integrations.
- Compliance & Fraud Prevention: Identify and report suspicious activity while guiding customers through security protocols with professional precision.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve billing discrepancies and service-related concerns with a calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
Requirements
- Native or C2-level Italian and professional proficiency in English.
- Mandatory: EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Please note: Residence permits from other EU countries are not sufficient for employment in Greece).
- A professional, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle sensitive financial data.
- Previous experience in banking, insurance, or a related financial sector is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial terms clearly.
