Your Role

  • Patient Care: Provide empathetic customer care and technical assistance for diabetes medical devices and accessories.
  • Technical Support: Deliver troubleshooting and technical guidance for medical devices across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, and SMS).
  • Order Management: Manage order intake, renewals, and related medical documentation in strict compliance with internal procedures.
  • Compliance: Follow defined scripts and standardized procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards in the healthcare sector.
  • Situation Management: Apply active listening and high levels of professionalism when handling sensitive, urgent, or challenging patient cases.
  • Accuracy: Ensure meticulous data entry and management of large volumes of patient information.

Your Qualifications

  • Languages: Fluent Dutch (C1+) and strong English skills (C1).
  • Attributes: Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Soft Skills: High level of empathy, active listening, and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Expertise: Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or technical support is an advantage.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with diabetes care or medical devices is considered a significant plus.
  • Adaptability: Ability to support multiple European markets simultaneously and manage diverse documentation requirements.
