Introduction

We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented German Speaking Business Travel Advisor to join an international business travel support team based in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will provide high-quality assistance to corporate travelers, ensuring smooth and efficient travel experiences in a fast-paced and professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Support German-speaking business travelers with flight, hotel, and ground transportation bookings

• Assist customers before departure and during their trips with travel-related inquiries

• Communicate professionally via phone and email

• Use internal booking and reservation systems to manage travel arrangements

• Handle changes, cancellations, and urgent travel requests efficiently

• Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal procedures

• Deliver a high level of service to premium business clients

Requirements

• Fluent German (C1 level or higher), written and spoken

• Good level of English (minimum communicative level required)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

• Previous experience in travel, airline, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage

• Comfortable working on-site in Sofia

• EU passport or valid work permit for Bulgaria is mandatory (we can proceed only with candidates who meet this requirement)
