Introduction

We are seeking a German-Speaking Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join a dynamic digital marketing team based in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will work on optimizing digital advertising campaigns and strategies to maximize performance and return on investment for high-value clients. Youll collaborate with internal teams to analyze data, implement improvements, and contribute to impactful digital marketing outcomes.

Relocation to Portugal is required for this position.
A comprehensive relocation package is included, covering flight tickets, hotel accommodation, and full relocation assistance.

We can proceed only with candidates who hold an EU passport or a valid work permit for Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Implement digital marketing optimization strategies tailored to client goals

• Build and adjust online advertising campaigns for high-value customers

• Create keyword packs, bid strategies, and budget recommendations to enhance performance
• Analyze campaign data at account and campaign level to identify trends and opportunities
• Prepare reports to support optimization decisions and performance insights
• Apply best practices across Search, Display, Mobile, and Video advertising channels

• Identify areas for improvement and proactively propose solutions

• Maintain a strong understanding of tools, processes, and optimization techniques

Requirements

• Fluent German (written and spoken)

• Good level of English for internal communication

• 1–2+ years experience in digital marketing, optimization, or related roles
• Experience with online advertising platforms such as Google Ads and other digital tools

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and data-driven mindset

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Technologically savvy with interest in digital marketing trends

• EU passport or valid Portuguese work permit (mandatory)
