Introduction
We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Agent to join an innovative e-health platform based in Braga, Portugal. In this role, you will support users with platform-related inquiries while contributing to a positive and reliable digital healthcare experience.
Relocation is required. A full relocation package is provided, including flight tickets, hotel accommodation, and relocation assistance.
Only candidates with an EU passport or a valid work permit for Portugal can be considered.
Responsibilities

Support users via phone, email, or chat

Assist with account access, platform usage, and general inquiries

Provide clear and empathetic guidance

Requirements

Fluency in French
