Introduction

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Agent to join an innovative e-health platform based in Braga, Portugal. In this role, you will support users with platform-related inquiries while contributing to a positive and reliable digital healthcare experience.

Relocation is required. A full relocation package is provided, including flight tickets, hotel accommodation, and relocation assistance.

Only candidates with an EU passport or a valid work permit for Portugal can be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Support users via phone, email, or chat

  • Assist with account access, platform usage, and general inquiries

  • Provide clear and empathetic guidance

  • Document cases accurately in internal systems

  • Ensure high service quality and data confidentiality

Requirements

  • Fluency in French

  • Good level of English

  • Customer-oriented mindset

  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage

  • EU passport or valid Portuguese work permit (mandatory)
