Responsibilities

As a Dutch Speaking B2B Sales Representative, you will:

• Manage inbound and outbound B2B sales activities via phone, email and online communication tools

• Identify business needs and propose tailored solutions to prospective clients

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers

• Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline throughout the entire sales cycle

• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance KPIs

• Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high client satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Fluent Dutch (written and spoken)

• Good command of English (written and spoken)

• Previous experience in B2B sales, business development or account management

• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills

• A target-driven, proactive and results-oriented mindset

• Ability to work in a structured and performance-focused environment

• EU passport or valid Bulgarian work permit (mandatory — we can proceed only with eligible candidates)
