Responsibilities

• Support customers with banking products and service inquiries

• Provide accurate and compliant information

• Handle sensitive data with confidentiality

• Escalate complex cases when necessary

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2+)

• Experience in banking or financial customer support is an advantage

• Strong attention to detail and professionalism

• Willingness to relocate to Greece

• EU passport or valid Greek work permit required
