A global leader in customer experience and digital services is seeking Danish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support world-renowned brands (such as those in the streaming, e-commerce, or automotive sectors). This role is based in Lisbon, Portugal, and is designed for empathetic, problem-solving individuals who enjoy working in a vibrant, multicultural environment. You will serve as the first point of contact for the Danish market, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Your Role
- Multichannel Support: Be the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Inquiry Resolution: Address a wide range of queries, from general information and account management to technical troubleshooting and billing questions.
- Customer Journey: Manage cases with professionalism and empathy, aiming for first-contact resolution while handling complex or sensitive situations with care.
- Documentation: Accurately record all customer interactions and solutions in the CRM database to ensure data integrity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and internal departments to improve the customer journey and escalate issues when necessary.
- Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining high service standards and staying up-to-date with the latest product features and company policies.
Your Qualifications
- Languages: Native or fluent proficiency in Danish (C1/C2) and a good command of English (B2) for training and internal communication.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or a call-center environment is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple digital platforms and a basic understanding of MS Office.
- Soft Skills: A solution-oriented mindset, strong emotional intelligence, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work on a rotational shift pattern, which may include weekends or bank holidays.
