A leading international outsourcing group in Portugal is recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Support & Billing Specialists for a critical public services operation in Porto. The project focuses on supporting essential road infrastructure services, managing a combination of customer care, billing, and administrative communication. Your Role

  • Inquiry Management: Handle customer queries regarding accounts, billing, toll services, and general road infrastructure information.
  • Traceability: Accurately register requests, complaints, and clarifications in internal systems to ensure full operational transparency.
  • Financial Tasks: Perform billing activities, revenue collection support, and financial reconciliation tasks.
  • External Communication: Coordinate with external entities, including regulatory bodies and authorities, when necessary.
  • Compliance: Ensure all data handling and administrative tasks comply with both internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
  • Multichannel Support: Deliver professional assistance through phone, email, and various digital communication channels.

Your Profile

  • Languages: Native or C1 level Dutch and a good command of English.
  • Attributes: High level of organizational skills, reliable in following strict procedures, and detail-oriented.
  • Communication: Able to communicate clearly and professionally across digital and vocal channels.
  • Technical Skills: Confident handling administrative documentation, billing data, and internal databases.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working within a structured and regulated "essential-services" environment.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, billing, administration, or collections is considered a strong advantage.

The Offer

  • Location: Modern office in the Porto area with excellent public transport links.
  • Contract: Portuguese employment contract with full social security coverage and 22 days of paid annual leave.
  • Schedule: Rotational shifts (8 hours/day + lunch) between 07:00 and 23:00, Monday to Sunday.
  • Remuneration: Monthly salary includes holiday and Christmas bonuses paid monthly; meal allowance provided via card.
