In this role, you will support a prominent client in the gaming and betting industry, serving as the first point of contact for players worldwide. This is a dynamic on-site position located close to the beach, perfect for passionate individuals who enjoy gaming and sports.

Your Role

  • Inquiry Management: Handle a variety of customer queries regarding account setup, login issues, identity verification, betting rules, bonus requests, and platform navigation.
  • Financial Assistance: Assist users with inquiries related to deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions within the platform.
  • Multichannel Support: Provide high-quality service primarily via live chat and email, with future potential for voice and social media support.
  • Problem Solving: Deliver prompt and compliant solutions to technical and service-related challenges to ensure a seamless gaming experience.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain customer trust through empathetic, professional, and clear communication.
  • Process Feedback: Provide internal insights and suggestions to help optimize processes and improve the overall customer journey.

Your Qualifications

  • Languages: Native-level proficiency in Portuguese and advanced communication skills in English.
  • Experience: Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (call center, retail, or similar).
  • Gaming Interest: Familiarity with the gaming industry and an interest in sports is a significant advantage.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Awareness of responsible gaming practices, data protection regulations, and industry standards.
  • Soft Skills: Strong empathy, active listening skills, and the ability to personalize service based on the customers experience level.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and capable of quickly adapting to new digital platforms.
  • Availability: Willingness to work a rotational shift pattern, which includes weekends and nights.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
