Your Role

• Live Chat Support: Provide real-time assistance to B2B clients, including internal sales teams and external advertisers, exclusively via live chat.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve platform-related technical issues efficiently.
• Ticketing & Documentation: Use ticketing tools to accurately track, document, and manage all customer interactions.
• Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate complex or high-level technical cases to the appropriate departments.
• Platform Expertise: Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of the platform's features, tools, and frequent updates.
• Quality Standards: Ensure a high level of accuracy, responsiveness, and professional service quality in every interaction.

Your Qualifications

• Languages: Native-level fluency in Austrian German (C2) and a strong command of English (B2). Note: Standard German is not accepted for this role as it requires specific familiarity with Austrian linguistic nuances.
• Experience: Minimum of 2.5 years of professional experience in Digital Advertising or Technical Customer Support.
• B2B Skills: Prior experience managing B2B communications via chat or ticketing systems is a significant advantage.
• Tech-Savvy: Highly adaptable to new digital tools and frequent platform updates.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment.
