Introduction
A leading American business process outsourcing company is seeking German-speaking Inbound Sales Specialists to support a world-renowned telecommunications provider. This role is based in the coastal city of Varna, Bulgaria, offering the unique opportunity to work just steps away from the beach. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries while identifying opportunities to enhance their service through strategic up-selling and cross-selling.
Your Role
- Inbound Support: Answer customer calls regarding standard inquiries, including account management, billing, and service upgrades.
- Effective Resolution: Resolve customer concerns with high levels of politeness and efficiency to ensure total satisfaction.
- Sales Identification: Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional products and services once the primary issue is resolved.
- Performance Targets: Meet or exceed activity-based KPIs and sales goals to earn performance-driven commissions.
- Accountability: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales outcomes in internal systems.
Your Qualifications
- Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C1 level).
- Location: Must be based in Varna or willing to relocate to the city.
- Experience: Previous experience in Customer Service (CS) or Sales is considered a significant advantage.
- Attributes: Stress-resistant, target-oriented, and a strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Availability: Willingness to work 40 hours per week on a rotational schedule (Monday–Sunday, 08:00 – 24:00) with a maximum of 1–2 weekends per month.

- Remuneration: Excellent salary package for the local market plus uncapped sales commissions.
