In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking drivers requiring urgent assistance across Europe. Key Responsibilities

• Emergency Coordination: Respond to incoming calls from German, Austrian, and Swiss drivers requiring roadside assistance, towing, or technical support.
• Logistics Management: Coordinate with local service providers, mechanics, and towing companies to ensure timely help for the customer.
• Technical Guidance: Provide initial troubleshooting for common automotive issues and manage car rental or alternative travel arrangements when necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, real-time logs of incidents and service progress using specialized automotive software.

Requirements

• Language: Native or C2-level German and professional proficiency in English.
• Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece).
• Professionalism: A calm, professional, and empathetic communication style, especially in high-pressure situations.
• Skills: Strong multitasking skills and the ability to navigate complex geographical and logistical data.
