Sales Development Representative – Flemish Speaker (Hybrid)

Introduction

We are partnering with a global leader in customer experience and digital solutions to recruit a Flemish-speaking Sales Development Representative for a cloud technology project. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a sales career within the tech sector, working in a multicultural environment. The position is available as a hybrid model from three major Spanish hubs: Barcelona, Málaga, or Valencia.

Your Role

  • First Contact: Act as the initial touchpoint for customers, building strong first impressions and long-term business relationships.
  • Portfolio Management: Cultivate and expand a portfolio of clients by leveraging your sales and communication expertise.
  • Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to businesses, guiding them through the adoption of advanced cloud technologies.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to meet the needs of Small and Medium Business (SMB) customers.
  • Collaboration: Maximize up-sell and cross-sell potential by working closely with Solution Specialists and Partner Managers.
  • Customer Voice: Act as the "Voice of the Customer" by collecting and sharing critical feedback to improve services.

Your Qualifications

  • Languages: Bilingual or highly proficient in Flemish plus fluent in English.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or customer management with a proven track record.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce).
  • Skills: Strong communication abilities and a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.
  • Preferred: Experience with cloud solutions (Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365) and Microsoft Fundamentals certifications are a significant plus.
