Your Role

  • Lead Qualification: Contact and qualify accounts using CRM to generate new business opportunities.
  • KPI Management: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance targets (calls, revenue confirmed).
  • Relationship Building: Follow up on accounts to ensure regular communication and long-term partnership development.
  • Targeted Sales: Participate in focused campaigns for specific industries, hotels, or call outreach activities.
  • Hospitality Logistics: Qualify opportunities for meetings, events, and group accommodation, acting as a liaison between clients and hotels.
  • Value Optimization: Apply upselling techniques and provide chain-wide discounts to maximize value for clients.
  • Problem Solving: Offer alternative hotel solutions when requested properties are unavailable and support individual business travel queries.
  • CRM Integrity: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions and activities.

Your Qualifications

  • Languages: Bilingual or highly proficient in Norwegian with an advanced level of English.
  • Attributes: Positive, proactive attitude with a customer-first mindset and strong organizational skills.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience: A background in sales—particularly within the hospitality industry—is highly beneficial, though not mandatory.
  • Systems: Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
