Italian-Speaking Retail Support Specialist (Lisbon)
Are you an Italian speaker who loves retail, fashion, or e-commerce? We are seeking dynamic, customer-oriented individuals to join our international team on-site in Lisbon! In this role, you will support a premier global retail brand, helping customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience from browsing to checkout and beyond.
The Role
- Customer Advisory: Assist Italian-speaking shoppers with product inquiries, sizing guides, order modifications, and store policies via phone, email, and live chat.
- Order & Logistics Tracking: Help customers track their shipments, manage package returns, process exchanges, and resolve shipping delays.
- Billing & Refund Support: Securely manage transactions, verify promotional codes, update payment methods, and process refunds or store credits.
- Brand Representation: Deliver an elevated, welcoming service experience that builds customer loyalty and reflects the premium standards of the retail brand.
Working Model & Location
- Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
- Work Model: Full-time, 100% on-site role based in a modern, stylish, and high-energy corporate office hub.

Requirements
- Language Skills: Native or Near-Native Italian with a strong professional command of English (B2) to navigate technical tools and global training frameworks.

- Soft Skills: Empathetic, patient, highly organized, and naturally solution-oriented.
- Retail Passion: Prior experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or e-commerce is highly valued but not strictly mandatory.
- Tech Comfort: Ability to multitask smoothly across order management systems and digital chat platforms.
