Portuguese Speaking Technical Support Specialist

Introduction

Are you an IT enthusiast or technical troubleshooter who speaks Portuguese? We are looking for an on-site Portuguese Speaking Technical Support Specialist to handle cyber-security, software, or advanced subscription tech requests for international users.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot system errors, subscription configurations, and technical requests via phone and chat.
• Guide customers patiently through software installation, patch fixes, and account security measures.
• Track ticket lifecycle within internal databases accurately.

Requirements

• Native/near-native level of Portuguese and high-level English skills.
• Prior technical helpdesk or customer care background is a big plus.
• Must hold a valid EU Passport or a current, unrestricted work permit for Greece.

What We Offer

• Salary Rate: €1,000 – €1,100 Gross / Month + monthly bonuses.
• 2 extra salaries per year included.
