Czech Speaking Customer Support Agent for Gaming Industry - Bulgaria, Varna

About the Role

Are you a native-level Czech speaker with a passion for gaming and customer service? Join our team in Varna as a Customer Support Agent Gaming Industry (Czech-speaking). Youll be helping players, solving issues and enhancing gaming experiences all within a vibrant international gaming hub by the Black Sea. Please note: Candidates must hold an EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Czech-speaking players via chat, email and phone.
• Handle inquiries, issues and requests related to games, accounts and player experience.
• Troubleshoot gameplay, account or technical problems and escalate when needed.
• Document player interactions accurately in the CRM and help improve internal processes.

• Stay updated on game features, updates and player community feedback.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, product, operations) to drive player satisfaction.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Czech language skills and strong English (written & verbal).
• Strong customer-service mindset: empathy, patience and strong communication skills.
• Interest in gaming / players mindset is a plus you understand the world of games from the user side.
• Ability to work in shifts (including evenings/weekends) as part of a 24/7 gaming environment.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using digital tools, ticketing systems and CRM platforms.

• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria or already legally eligible to work there.

• EU passport or valid Bulgarian work permit required.
