Introduction
We are looking for a customer-focused and technically minded Czech Speaking Service Desk Analyst to join an international IT support team based in Budapest, Hungary. In this role, you will provide first-line technical support to end users, troubleshoot IT-related issues, and ensure a high-quality support experience in a professional and structured environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support to Czech-speaking users via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, applications, and basic networking

Resolve incidents efficiently and escalate complex cases when required
- Accurately document incidents, resolutions, and user interactions in ticketing systems

Guide users through standard IT procedures and best practices

Ensure service level agreements and quality standards are met

Work closely with internal IT teams to support issue resolution
Requirements

Fluent Czech (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken

Good level of English (minimum communicative level required)

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good technical understanding and willingness to learn

Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in service desk, help desk, or IT support is an advantage

Ability to work on-site in Budapest, Hungary
- EU passport or valid work permit for Hungary is mandatory (we can proceed only with candidates who meet this requirement)
