Introduction

We are looking for a customer-focused and technically minded Czech Speaking Service Desk Analyst to join an international IT support team based in Budapest, Hungary. In this role, you will provide first-line technical support to end users, troubleshoot IT-related issues, and ensure a high-quality support experience in a professional and structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to Czech-speaking users via phone, email, and chat
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, applications, and basic networking

• Resolve incidents efficiently and escalate complex cases when required

• Accurately document incidents, resolutions, and user interactions in ticketing systems

• Guide users through standard IT procedures and best practices

• Ensure service level agreements and quality standards are met

• Work closely with internal IT teams to support issue resolution

Requirements

• Fluent Czech (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken

• Good level of English (minimum communicative level required)

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Good technical understanding and willingness to learn

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Previous experience in service desk, help desk, or IT support is an advantage

• Ability to work on-site in Budapest, Hungary

• EU passport or valid work permit for Hungary is mandatory (we can proceed only with candidates who meet this requirement)
