Senior O2C Specialist – Dutch Speaking

Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site – Relocation required)

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialist with strong Dutch language skills to join a dynamic finance team supporting O2C operations for medical diabetes devices. Based in Porto, Portugal, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate order processing, billing, and cash collection while delivering high-quality service to Dutch-speaking stakeholders across the region.

Relocation support
Relocation to Portugal is mandatory. A full relocation package is provided, including flight tickets, hotel accommodation, and full relocation assistance.

Only candidates with an EU passport or a valid Portuguese work permit can be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process for diabetes medical device accounts

• Ensure accurate and timely order entry, invoicing, and revenue recognition

• Monitor accounts receivable and support collection activities when required

• Handle complex billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies professionally

• Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, and Customer Service teams to improve processes

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and quality standards

• Support and guide junior team members, sharing best practices

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken)

• Strong command of English

• Proven experience in Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, or Finance Operations

• Solid understanding of financial processes and ERP systems

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience in the medical devices or healthcare sector is an advantage

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit is mandatory
