We are seeking a dedicated, customer-focused Spanish-speaking Customer Support Specialist for a 100% remote position within the Greek territory. In this role, you will represent leading international brands, providing direct assistance to Spanish consumers via live chat, email, and phone. Key Responsibilities

• Inbound Customer Care: Assist Spanish-speaking customers with order tracking, product inquiries, billing questions, and account settings.
  
• Problem Resolution: Investigate customer concerns, process returns or refunds, and deliver effective first-contact resolution with professional empathy.
  
• Technical Guidance: Guide users step-by-step through platform navigation, app settings, and basic product troubleshooting.
  
• Brand Ambassadorship: Maintain an approachable, helpful, and high-quality tone that aligns with international brand standards.
  
• CRM Management: Accurately log customer interactions, resolution steps, and service tickets using enterprise support software.
  

Requirements

• Language: Native or C2-level Spanish and professional proficiency in English (B2/C1).
  
• Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece).
  
• Home Office: A quiet, private workspace with a stable high-speed internet connection (full corporate PC hardware, headset, and monitors will be provided and shipped directly to your door).
  
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and comfort navigating multi-screen digital tools.
