‍ Role & Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Italian-speaking community by responding empathetically, accurately and promptly to inquiries.
• Stay knowledgeable about products, community standards and support processes.
• Make well-balanced decisions and act as an effective advocate for community members.
• Investigate and resolve user-requests, including account issues and content-moderation concerns.
• Use data and market-specific insights to spot trends, propose improvements and contribute to next-level support experiences.
• Enforce platform Terms of Use by monitoring and escalating content outside policy.
• Collaborate with your team, adapt to changing workflows and maintain high service standards.

Requirements

• Italian at C1 level (native or equivalent).

• Good level of English (minimum B2).

• Willingness to relocate to Athens or already based in Greece.

• Previous customer-support or moderation experience is an advantage.

• Strong computer literacy and comfortable using multiple software applications.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.

• Problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• We can only consider candidates who are EU citizens or hold a valid EU work permit for Greece.
