Responsibilities

• Assist customers with mobile plans, devices, and services

• Handle billing and contract-related questions

• Provide technical guidance for mobile devices

• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

• Update customer records accurately

Requirements

• Fluent German (C1/C2) and good English

• Interest in mobile technology

• Customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication skills

• EU passport or valid Greek work permit
