Introduction

We are looking for a German Speaking Customer Operations Executive to join a leading international banking support team based in Greece. In this role, you will support German-speaking customers with daily banking-related inquiries while delivering a high standard of customer experience in a secure and regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to banking products and services
• Support customers with account information, transactions, and general banking requests

• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal procedures

• Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems

• Provide professional, solution-oriented customer support

Requirements

• Fluent German (C1/C2) and good English skills

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Customer service experience is an advantage

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, confidential environment

• EU passport or valid Greek work permit
