Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, culturally aware German Speaking Content Moderator to join a global digital media and customer experience leader in Sofia, Bulgaria. Operating in a completely non-voice, back-office capacity, you will audit, evaluate, and moderate live digital advertising content (text, imagery, video, and audio assets). Your primary mandate is to protect platform integrity by ensuring all promotional campaigns strictly comply with corporate guidelines, legal standards, and user-safety benchmarks before going live.

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Audit and moderate pending advertiser submissions—including written copy, graphics, video clips, and audio tracks—prior to public distribution.
- Approve, reject, or apply contextual warnings to digital marketing campaigns based on established policy and safety frameworks.
- Detect, isolate, and remove systematic policy violations, fraudulent promotions, or unsafe materials using specialized backend moderation tools.
- Respond to internal compliance inquiries and system escalations using text queues and email ticketing networks.
- Generate exact data summaries and structured daily reporting logs outlining task-queue metrics and campaign violations.
Your Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Native or equivalent German (C2 level) paired with strong operational communication skills in English (B2/C1 level).
- Cultural Acumen: Deep familiarity with modern social trends, political landscapes, pop culture, and digital media behaviors specific to Germany and the wider DACH region.
- Technical Skills: Savvy across social media platforms, with operational proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Drive tools; experience with Salesforce platforms is an asset.
- Core Competencies: Sharp attention to detail, strong time management, and the capacity to make objective, rapid evaluation choices when handling sensitive materials.
- Experience (Plus): Prior experience in back-office data operations, digital advertising support, or content curation is highly preferred.
Shifts & Working Hours
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Working Hours: Standard professional schedule operating Monday to Friday. Enjoy completely free weekends!
