Hungarian-Speaking Customer Support Advisor – Payments & Orders (Remote, Lisbon Region)

Are you a Hungarian speaker with an eye for detail and a knack for solving problems? We are looking for customer-oriented individuals to join our digital support team. In this role, you will assist users navigating Payments & Orders for a major global platform, ensuring smooth, secure, and successful digital transactions.

This is a Work From Home (WFH) position open to candidates residing in the Lisbon region, allowing you to enjoy the flexibility of remote work alongside the option to visit our local office hub for community events and team touchpoints.

The Role

  • Transaction Support: Assist Hungarian-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone with order confirmations, billing discrepancies, payment failures, and refund requests.
  • Account Security: Help users safely navigate their payment settings, update billing methods, and manage secure digital transactions.
  • Problem Solving: Track missing packages, coordinate with logistics partners regarding order statuses, and resolve payment disputes efficiently.
  • Documentation: Log user inquiries and software glitches accurately within the internal CRM platform to assist the quality assurance team.

Working Model & Location

  • Location: Remote / Work From Home based in the Lisbon area (candidates should be located within commuting distance for occasional team meetings or training updates).
  • Equipment: A complete high-tech home office setup (laptop, monitor, headset, and digital tools) will be fully provided and shipped to your home.

Requirements

  • Native or Near-Native Hungarian: Flawless written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-first attitude.
  • English Proficiency: B2 level or higher to smoothly handle internal training materials and team communication.
  • Legal Status: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal (with a valid Portuguese NIF and NISS, or ready to establish them).
  • Analytical Skills: Patient, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling numbers, billing layouts, and troubleshooting digital systems.
  • Home Setup: A quiet, dedicated workspace with a stable, high-speed fiber internet connection.
