Your Role

  • Customer Support: Provide professional and friendly assistance to travelers via phone, chat, and email.
  • Booking Management: Handle hotel and flight reservations, as well as car rentals.
  • Travel Assistance: Support customers throughout their trip, resolving any issues and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Data Security: Handle sensitive customer information with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining high service standards with a customer-first approach.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multicultural team to deliver consistent excellence.

Your Qualifications

  • Languages: Proficiency in Dutch at C1 level or higher (spoken and written) and English at B2 level (for internal use and training).
  • Technical Skills: Good computer literacy and confidence using MS Office.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attitude: Professional, friendly, and customer-oriented approach.
  • Location: Available to work on-site in Katowice.
