Introduction
A global provider of digital sales and marketing solutions is seeking a German-speaking B2B Advertising Specialist for their operations in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will be a key player in the tech and digital advertising sector, managing both inbound and outbound sales activities to cultivate and grow business relationships. The position offers high flexibility with remote and hybrid work models available across Bulgaria.
Your Role
- Client Engagement: Manage high volumes of B2B interactions across phone, email, video, and social media channels.
- Relationship Growth: Connect with decision-makers and key stakeholders to understand their business needs and identify growth potential.
- Prospecting: Utilize lead generation and prospecting tools to expand your customer portfolio and identify new business opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and track a healthy sales pipeline through all stages of the sales cycle.
- Data Accuracy: Record all interactions and sales activities meticulously in the CRM system (Salesforce).
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads and transition them to the onboarding team to ensure a seamless client journey.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report performance metrics to ensure that all KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.
Your Qualifications
- Languages: Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Industry Knowledge: High preference for candidates with experience in the tech or digital advertising industry.
- Sales Skills: Strong understanding of sales funnels, qualification methodologies, and upselling techniques.
- Tools: Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Attributes: Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a high-speed professional environment.
- Digital Literacy: Familiarity with digital marketing or advertising platforms is a plus.
