A leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy is recruiting Slovenian-speaking Customer Service Specialists for a major tobacco company in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role is the primary point of contact for customers, focusing on delivering high-quality service and professionalism through various digital and vocal channels. Your Role

  • Brand Representation: Serve as a professional representative of the brand, providing support via inbound calls, live chat, email, and social media.
  • Customer Interaction: Act as the primary touchpoint for Slovenian-speaking customers, ensuring clear and helpful communication.
  • Problem Solving: Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to maximize overall satisfaction levels.
  • Process Excellence: Maintain professionalism and high service standards as the front line of the company's service delivery.

Your Qualifications

  • Languages: Native-level fluency in Slovenian (C2) and a good command of English (B2+).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Good typing and computer skills (MS Office); proficiency in using CRM systems is highly desirable.
  • Attributes: High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Education: High school education or equivalent.
