Key Responsibilities

• Consumer Guidance: Provide professional support to German-speaking consumers regarding traditional tobacco products, heated tobacco devices, and vaping solutions.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Assist users with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic heating devices and accessories.

• Proactive Engagement: Conduct follow-ups to ensure a smooth transition for new users, offering expert advice on product usage and trade-in initiatives.

• Order & Warranty Management: Process warranty claims, replacements, and inquiries regarding product availability with precision.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all interactions adhere to age-verification protocols and regional regulatory standards for the tobacco industry.

Requirements

• Language: Native or C2-level German and professional proficiency in English.
• Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece).
• Professionalism: A calm, refined, and solution-oriented communication style with high emotional intelligence.
• Experience: Previous experience in retail, premium customer service, or technical support is an advantage.
