Flemish Cloud Solutions Specialist – Spain
Introduction
We are partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to recruit a Flemish-speaking Cloud Solutions Specialist for their operations in Spain. This high-level technical sales role offers the flexibility to work from major Spanish hub in Málaga. You will drive Microsoft Cloud sales opportunities by providing deep technical expertise and tailored solutions to business clients.
Your Role
- Solution Area Expertise: Drive sales opportunities based on Level 300 knowledge of Microsoft solution areas (Modern Workplace, Data & BI, Apps & Infra, Business Applications).
- Customer Wins: Secure new Cloud customers and maximize up-sell/cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales Agents and Partner Managers.
- Value Propositions: Present Microsoft Cloud differentiation and value propositions aligned with customer business objectives and IT initiatives.
- Technical Consulting: Provide product overviews, technical insights, and feasibility assessments pertinent to customer usage scenarios.
- Pricing & Proposals: Audit implementation requirements and perform pricing calculations to provide accurate projections of anticipated costs.
- Technical Demonstrations: Lead demonstrations of technical and business solutions to customers over Microsoft Teams.
- Team Technical Contact: Act as the key technical resource for the telesales team and conduct group or one-on-one training sessions.
- Market Monitoring: Constantly research and educate yourself on the newest developments in cloud capabilities and competitor pricing.
Your Qualifications
- Languages: C1/C2 level Flemish and B2/C1 level English.
- Experience: 3–6+ years in technology-related sales, business development, or technical presales.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions, including security, privacy, and compliance.
- Certifications: Minimum Microsoft Fundamentals certification required upon entry; L200 certification is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelors degree required (Masters preferred), ideally in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to succeed in customer-facing roles.
- Mindset: Independent, success-driven, and capable of explaining complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences.

- Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only (08:30 – 17:30).
