Responsibilities

• Technical Troubleshooting: Provide effective first- and second-level technical support to Czech-speaking customers regarding hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Problem Resolution: Analyze technical logs and use diagnostic tools to resolve complex system errors and configuration problems.
• Escalation Management: Coordinate with senior engineering teams to resolve high-priority technical roadblocks while keeping the customer informed.
• Knowledge Sharing: Assist in the development of technical documentation and FAQs to improve self-service options for the Czech market.

Requirements

• Native or C2-level Czech and professional fluency in English.
• Mandatory: EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece.
• Proven experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or a related field.
• A professional, methodical, and calm approach to solving technical challenges.
