Responsibilities

• Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and escalate platform bugs or software glitches to the global technical team.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high service standards by providing clear, professional, and efficient solutions via chat, email, and social channels.

Requirements

• Native or C2-level Danish and professional proficiency in English.
• Mandatory: EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Residence permits from other EU countries are not sufficient).
• A professional understanding of social media dynamics and digital communication.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
