We are seeking a Danish-speaking Social Media Support Specialist to join our international digital platforms team. Responsibilities
- User Engagement: Assist Danish-speaking users and content creators with account management, platform features, and monetization tools.
- Content Integrity: Review and resolve inquiries related to community standards, ensuring a positive and secure environment for the Danish market.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and escalate platform bugs or software glitches to the global technical team.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high service standards by providing clear, professional, and efficient solutions via chat, email, and social channels.
Requirements
- Native or C2-level Danish and professional proficiency in English.
- Mandatory: EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Residence permits from other EU countries are not sufficient).
- A professional understanding of social media dynamics and digital communication.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
