Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Advisor (Athens or Remote within Greece)

‍ Role & Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional support to Dutch-speaking customers (phone, email and possibly chat) covering general enquiries and service issues.
  • Handle customer interactions with clarity, empathy and accuracy.

  • Log cases in the CRM system, follow up on outstanding issues and ensure closure with high satisfaction.
  • Use internal systems and knowledge-bases to troubleshoot, escalate when needed and feedback process improvement ideas.
  • Collaborate with team members, meet quality and productivity targets, and maintain service standards consistently.

Requirements

  • Native or C2-level Dutch.

  • Fluent English (minimum C1).

  • Previous customer-service experience (preferably 1+ years in a contact-centre or multilingual environment).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English.

  • Strong computer literacy: comfortable working with CRM systems, knowledge bases and multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Flexible, dependable, results-oriented and able to work in a team as well as independently.
  • Location: based in Greece (remote anywhere in the country or willing to relocate to Athens).
  • We can only proceed with EU citizens or individuals holding a valid EU work permit for Greece.
