Responsibilities

• Assist customers with reservations, changes, and general inquiries

• Communicate clearly and professionally in German

• Escalate complex cases when needed

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Native level of German

• B2 English

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
